Sustainable development goals have some relevant targets within it that bring forward health and safety for the larger population of the world. Strengthening capacity of all countries specifically for the developing country in order to reduce risk and management of a better national and global health care is one of the important targets that is involved in Goal 3. This study deals with goal 3 of SDG targeting on “strengthening the capacity of all the countries and understanding different ways through which national health policies challenge global health targets”. A special target is being made for the European regionand its developing countries where different policies are considered related to health for the developing countries that challenge global health targets.

The concept of sustainability has emerged as the core priority is all actions and decisions regarding development. The importance of developing sustainably was also realized by the United Nations. As such, a list of 17 Sustainable Development Goals were introduced in ‘The United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’, which were further subdivided into 13 global health targets

The ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ (SDGs) and targets outlined by the United Nations make major contributions towards securing global health targets. The UN recognizes the 17 SDGs and 169 targets as an inclusive framework to ending worldwide poverty in 15 years, from its enactment in January 2016
