The study had chosen St Helens and Knowsley Hospitals based projects. The St Helens and Knowsley Hospitals project had been a mix of refurbishment and new build for redesigning and developing an existing site into two different hospitals. On analysis of the project, it has been observed that Building Information Modelling have been used to manage project development. The study had explained the ways the project management process had benefited from BIM level 2 project information modelling process.

Advance manufacturing technologies have changed the construction methodologies. Technological innovations have been adapted by renowned construction industries to enhance their construction processes. Moreover, several technological tools have been used to make precise surveying of remote places.

Investigation of sustainable construction process design and product manufacturing through advanced technology delivers the findings that it raises overall process collaboration quality for maximum desired outputs at the end.
